Team Internet are coming together as one and taking part in Stand Up To Cancer With YouTube to raise a whole lot of money for cancer research charity Stand Up To Cancer.

Official photos, perfectly captured by photographer Linda Blacker, have revealed some of the YouTubers taking part in this year’s event which includes the likes of Marcus Butler and Jim Chapman.

Last year’s event proved a great way to raise awareness using today’s most influential young people. This year, the charity is holding a 1000 hour fundraising mission followed by a 4 hour livestream from the London YouTube Space.

Joe Sugg and Casper Lee are kicking off the fundraising by doing a sponsored silence while trying to provoke each other. Marcus Butler is taking on a Bear Grylls Survival Race and Louise Pentland is holding her own tea dance. As well as all that, there’s so much more going on in aid of the cause.

The charity has so far raised a whopping £23.8m to fund research and clinical trials across the UK. You can help raise money with your faves by signing up for a fundraising pack at the SU2C website. And don’t forget to join in on the fun from Saturday, September 3rd until the YouTube live stream on the October 15th! You could even win tickets to Stand Up To Cancer with YouTube!
