Britney Spears To Reunite With Her Children As Fans Demand Her Conservatorship Ends

June 2024 · 2 minute read

Britney Spears is home and will spend the weekend with her children as she gets back to her regular routine, reports say. Controversy ensued after it was learned that Britney had checked herself into a mental health facility due to the emotional stress she experienced due to her father’s sickness and medication issues. As Britney Spears is under a conservatorship many of her fans questioned if she really entered treatment on her own volition.

As fans grew worried, the hashtag #FreeBritney went viral and fans not only demanded to see live streaming videos of Britney proving she was okay, they also demanded her conservatorship to end.

Many fans question how Britney can tour the world and perform shows in Las Vegas yet need a conservatorship.

Her fans were loyal and devoted and some still don’t believe the reports that she was only in the rehab for one month and was just released.

A family insider spoke to People and revealed that Britney left the rehab on Thursday and was more than excited to get back to her boys and her boyfriend. The magazine reported the following.

“Britney is back at home and is very happy about it,” a Spears family insider tells PEOPLE, adding that the pop star will be “spending the weekend with her boys and Sam [Asghari].”

While some of Britney’s fans are upset about her stay in the rehab, others think it is a sign that she needs to have her conservatorship end because she doesn’t need it.

For those fans who believe that Britney recognized the stress had become too much for her to bear, and she actually checked herself in, it is a sign to them that the singer is more than capable of recognizing what she can and can’t handle.

They think that because she checked herself in when she needed “to deal” she has shown she doesn’t need a conservatorship and is capable of taking care of her mental health and well-being on her own.
